The University of Arkansas Clinton School (UACS) is a non-partisan graduate institution in the University of Arkansas system, and we welcome all academically and experientially qualified applicants regardless of age, race, color, gender, national or ethnic origin, political or religious affiliation, sexual orientation, or physical ability.

The CSO program is designed for mid-career professionals (at least 3 years of professional work experience) who have a heart for serving the public good across a spectrum of service areas.

The CSO program has two application deadlines:

• The Priority Deadline is September 1, 2021 (completed applicants will receive admission notification two weeks after completed submission).
• The Regular Deadline is December 1, 2021 (completed applicants will receive admission notification by December 21st, 2021).
